Contest Overview
Sharks, as apex predators, play an essential role in maintaining the delicately balanced ecosystems that keep our oceans healthy. They’re crucial to the health of an ecosystem, and with their absence, vital ecosystems could cease to exist.
Shark week is coming up, and all the kuddlers thought, why not spread awareness through art?
International Shark week is celebrated from 11th to 18th July to help conservation efforts and correct misconceptions about these beautiful creatures.
All Artforms Accepted
The art contest is to promote shark awareness during shark week 2021. There is no limitation to art & we will be accepting all forms of entries which potrays shark conservation through art!
What can you win?
First Prize – 1-year subscription to @saevuswildlife, @sanctuaryasia & @currentconservation.
Second Prize – Green Humor For A Greying Planet book by @green_humour
First Prize for Children’s Category – Lori’s Magical Mystery by Kartik Shanker.
How can you win?
Step 1. Create artwork on the topic “Shark Conservation.”
Step 2. Post the artwork on Instagram with the hashtag #thekuddlelife and tag @kuddlelifefoundation or alternatively email us your artwork at [email protected].

RULES OF THE KUDDLE SHARK WEEK CONTEST
- The entries have to be submitted by 18th July 2021.
- Only one entry per participant is valid.
- Artwork can be in any form – illustrations, digital or offline, paintings, craft, sculpture, pottery, origami etc.
- Artwork by children below the age of 15 will be considered as a separate category!
WINNERS WILL BE ANNOUNCED BY THE KUDDLE LIFE FOUNDATION TEAM ON THE 20TH OF JULY 2021.
